A sanctuary dedicated to self-regulation, deeper self-awareness, nurturing the nervous system, and expanding the boundaries of our perception.
For over twenty years, I have studied the wisdom of the body, and for more than fifteen, I have explored consciousness, inner states, and the profound ways we can elevate the quality of our lives through inner work.

the turning point
My journey began in fitness. More than two decades ago, I certified as a fitness trainer and began teaching. A few years later, I discovered yoga, a turning point that completely reshaped the direction of my search.

ancient wisdom
I began traveling to India, studying under meditation masters and learning ancient practices of attention, breathwork, and conscious awareness. Over time, I gathered a rich tapestry of techniques designed not just to help people feel better, but to understand themselves on a fundamentally deeper level.

nourishment
While in India, I also studied Ayurveda, which later led me to publish a cookbook dedicated to the Ayurvedic approach to nourishment. It was during this time that I truly recognized the transformative power of food. Through what we consume, we connect with the outside world more intensely than through almost anything else, and it holds the most profound effect on both our physical vitality and our inner state.

everything connects
I view the human being as an integrated whole, where everything is interconnected. What we eat. How we breathe. What we think. How we perceive the world and treat ourselves. How we move and how we rest. Every single one of these elements shapes our inner state, and our state ultimately dictates the quality of our reality.
This is the very essence behind the name The Self Care Chef. By cooking for ourselves with love, we are doing so much more than preparing a meal. We are filling all aspects of our life with care, intention, dignity, and respect.

sharing what works
Eventually, I realized that the wisdom I had accumulated was too valuable to keep to myself. This project was born from a desire to share what truly works: practices, recipes, rituals, breathwork, and tools that help you return to yourself, restore balance, and cultivate a steady internal foundation. The ultimate purpose of this platform is to provide you with the tools for real, practical, tangible, and mature self-love.
Driven by a fascination with the human brain and the mechanisms behind our choices and states, I also earned a degree in neurocoaching. I continue to study the intricate bridge between physiology, mindset, emotion, and behavior.

science & practice
In my work, I weave together modern neuroscience and nervous system regulation with time-tested, ancient practices. I am deeply inspired by showing people how simple changes in breath, nutrition, attention, and daily rituals can transform mood, energy levels, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Alongside this platform, I work with clients individually through my Quantum Strategy Method, guiding them to step beyond familiar patterns, see new possibilities, and achieve results that once felt entirely out of reach.
